Our client are looking for a Compliance Co-ordinator

As a Compliance Co-Ordinator you are required to manage MOT and service scheduling for our fleet of HGV’s and plant. Working closely with the workshop fitters and the Transport Manager.
This is a varied and responsible role necessary to ensure the company is road safety compliant and working within Operator Licence conditions. A centrally based role, you will be communicating with all departments on a regular basis. Record keeping is maintained on ‘Fleetcheck’ software for which training is provided. Your main responsibilities will include: – Schedule, book and manage all vehicle fleet maintenance including MOT’s, 6 weekly inspections, brake tests, tacho calibration LOLER exams and plating certificates by liaison with workshop fitters – Manage administration to ensure Operator Licence compliance – Liaise with local suppliers to ensure keen pricing, ordering of parts and service requirements are met – Maintain fuel deliveries to all sites – Reliability and accurate record keeping is an essential requirement
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills: –
Relevant experience of a workshop environment and some knowledge of vehicle parts is advantageous
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in using computerised systems
Procurement experience preferred
Good communication skills
Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records –
